  Very helpful, quick to respond to queries and questions. The item was dispatched within reasonable time. The packaging wasn't great though, a too large box was used with insufficient padding and taping. The item rattled around in an unsecure format throughout its journey, but luckily it wasn't fragile so still managed to arrive in fair condition.
