  The product was exactly as described. The packaged arrived in bubble wrap and has no defects. The shipping time was good and the shipping price was very cheap. The price on the product itself was also very good. Overall, an absolute deal of a value. The seller is also very generous; I had provided the wrong shipping information to the seller which led to USPS to return this shipment. Despite this, the seller kindly offered to reprint the label for me, completely free of charge.

  Arrived very fast and was packed securely. The album is still sealed as described. I purchased several photcards alongside this, and the seller offered to gift me the CD! I also received a few freebies of Wonyoung and an extra photcard of Chaewon back when she was in IZ*ONE! I already have this one on the way, but still a good extra!   Seller went above and beyond with the packaging presentation. Cute cat stickers holding Chaewon pic placed on nice wrapping paper protecting album. Items arrived as described in nearly mint condition and were well protected shipment. Excellent service. Very happy with the inclusions. CD played perfectly.
