Nice book
0 von 1 finden das hilfreich I am a fan of Steve Reeves since the late 1950's. This Journal is a well done exploration of Steve Reeves training. Unfortunately, it did not provide new insight for me since I have read almost everything written about Steve reeves.

The title is very misleading!
I have been a fan of Steve Reeves since his first Mr. America win in 1947. I enjoyed some of his movies especially Hercules and Battle of the Titans. It has been said that it is best to never meet your hero. This book greatly reduced my admiration of Steve Reeves. This book displays a Steve Reeves who has a temper, can be moody, and a man with immature sexual fantasies and sexual stereotypes. The author spends an excessive amount on comments on their sexual activities and how frequently they had sex. I could care less about Steve Reeves sexual activity. This was not what I admired about Steve Reeves. The authors frequent references to their public sexual exploits demeans Steve's Legacy and shows the author as immature and shallow thinking.

New book about a legend in weight liftin...
New book about a legend in weight lifting. Schemansky was a early hero that I read about while I was a teen. This is a very engaging and inspiring story. Many great photographs.
