NOT a hi res DTS 96/24 release!
Despite clearly stating on back cover that the DVDs feature DTS 96/24 sound, that is most definitely not the case. It's lossy DTS 5.1 at 754.5 Kbps. Just a heads up to all the audiophiles out there!!

Links 2004 golf game for the Xbox and Xbox 360 systems
If you're tired of the shockingly nonchallenging, nonengaging, and overly "arcadish" gameplay of the Tiger Woods series, then by all means pick up Links 2004 for the Xbox consoles. The title has just recently becomes backwards compatible for the 360, and its graphics have never looked so good in 720p (however, it's displayed in 4:3, a bummer for HDTV owners). The gameplay is superbly sim in nature, especially in the advanced setting (my only gripe here is that you're unable to change difficulty levels once you're started a player profile). Best of all, the game can be picked up for next to nothing (I obtained my copy, shipping inclusive, for the price of a rental!). In my opinion (and many of my fellow gamers echo this), Links 2004 is still the best console golf game on the planet!
