Good for the money
Good light-intensity for close work. Cheap with a good magnet. (Bandsaw, drill-press or sewing machine)-friendly

OK tool
The only con I can see to this item is that the nozzle spray does not overlap at either of the angle settings. The fan spray of the nozzles vs the sprayer pressure is adequate to clean concrete surfaces but is too close to the surface for this angle of spray to overlap, creating uncleaned stripes and an inconsistent job. It is a matter of using the water broom more like a scrub brush, going over and over an area to clean it consistently. A wider pattern, or larger wheels would create the proper pattern but might not get it close enough to the surface to blast it with the high pressure. All in all, OK.
