Exactly what I wanted - describes all the exercises you can do on a Total Gym
The chart is exactly what I was looking for. It describes how to take advantage of the old, used Total Gym I picked up at a yard sale. I now understand how to use the attachment to perform pull-ups, leg-curls and shoulder presses, making it possible to perform a full-body workout on one piece of equipment.
Sad that the User Manuals don’t include this info, but happy to have found the chart.
