3 von 3 finden das hilfreich After battling with my wife about my snoring and refusing to get a CPAP machine, I came across this product. After reading the research, I thought what could I lose. It made sense and the cost was cheap. This product keeps your lower jaw from slipping back and causing your tongue to restrict your airway. Molding the mouth piece to your mouth was easy. Just remember to have your lower jaw in a slightly forward position to maximize it's effectiveness. Instantly my wife commented that I was not snoring anymore. It really saved my marriage and the stress we were going through. Now I recommend this to everyone I know who snores. It does make your teeth/gums a little sore for a couple of days but it goes away and you hardly notice your even wearing it. Much better that wearing one of those masks. Get this and you won't be disappointed. Plus, you get 2. I am ordering my second set because I wore the first set out. I never sleep without it!
