"Nice variable speed control"
My older two-speed Dremel died and I replaced it with the 3000 variable speed model. It seems to weigh slightly less than the old one and the variable speed control is great for working with different materials - high speed for wood or metal and a slower speed for plastics to avoid melting the material. For the price, it's a great tool. I also bought a 3D printed vise clamp fixture from Ebay which works great and turns the tool into a fixed grinder. Great value!

Great original kit at a great price.
The kit is excellent, as are all the “Roundhouse” models, however it’s a slightly later kit with operating side doors which give bit of a detail look that is larger than scale. That being said, it’s a great addition to my model railroad.
