Tube is BAD!
It’s a good product, as most Obagi products are, but the tube is just horrible! Each time I have gotten it, (because the price was good) as I tried to squirt it out of the tube, the bottom popped open and the cream came squirting out the bottom. If you are aware this is going to happen you have to roll the bottom of the tube up as you are trying get it to come out the top, which it is hard to squeeze out. This happened to me at least 2-3 years ago for the first time so I just cannot believe Obagi hasn’t changed its tube. If it weren’t such a good price I would buy another brand such as skin ceuticals.

Inaccurate photos- just a piece of plastic
Have ordered mason jar nightlights for my rustic home and expected this to be similar as the photos depicted. It is just a very tacky looking large piece of almost flat plastic. Bought it for my guest bathroom but I would be embarrassed to put this anywhere where it could be seen. Not worth the price of returning.

No help in helping eyelashes hold a curl!
I have very long eyelashes which used to hold a curl well, but for whatever reason, they don’t anymore. I had been using Stila primer which helped my eyelashes hold a curl but it is expensive so I decided to try something cheaper. Fortunately, Big Shot was cheap, but it does zero to help my eyelashes hold a curl. After using it, I tried re-curling my lashes several times during the day but Big Shot was of no help. It was like a light mascara.
