Story of grit, tenacity and victory while overcoming the impossible odds.
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich Beautifully written, the author transports the reader into a most unusual setting. Right from the beginning one is as a fly on the wall absorbing the fear and horror of our heroine. I wanted to get my mother bear on, strap on a weapon and do a little damage on her behalf. But alas, she didn’t need any help which ultimately is the beauty of the story of survival as a child and as a woman. I loved this book from the beginning and even more at the end. Everything else in between is gloriously captivating.
