  The box was oversized for the items and they were not packaged well at all, every glass item arrived broken. Contacted the seller, was offered a refund, but asked for me to pay the shipping for the plastic items that were included that didn't break. The large Avon Scarlett is what I was trying to replace after I was dusting an mine broke in a million pieces, so sad that this one also was broken and now I have to shop for another.
