I am happy with the product. It does take a 'second' to get the camera out of the case- as the zipper falls out in middle of the camera 'thickness' but probably not different to other cases. I specifically wanted a case with a pocket (spare battery) and this fit the bill. It is of fine quality. If you are looking for major padding, go elsewhere- but it seems to be sufficient to me. Shipping was timely and it fits my canon sx710 very well- with even a bit of room. (I looked at another site for sizing and was nervous it would be tight and it wasn't.) One disappointment is that it doesn't come with a neck string- though it does come with the hook for it. Enjoy your pictures.
