  I was horrified when the package arrived because it was crushed badly. This was not the fault of the shipper. The box was clearly marked in several places as Special Handling Fragile. I was greatly relieved that the doll box itself was NOT damaged and the Ciel doll is perfect. Thank you for the doll. I will treasure it.
