Great book..color pics...wonderful quilts
Great book. Has lots of color pictures and quilts for children. Only problem is....that I got so much inspiration I don't know which one to start with. Hmmm guess I will make them ALL !!!!

The Craft of Temari (1991)
4 von 4 finden das hilfreich This will be my first attemp at temari. The embroidered and wrapped balls, a Japanese creation, looked quite hard to make. But this book starts at the very beginning and explains the equipment and materials needed. It offers suggestions for a variety of threads and floss to use. There is explanation and diagrams for getting started. The many patterns are not only shown in full-color, but there are explained in detail WITH stitch by stitch diagrams for many of the designs.
This book was recommended for beginners, and it certainly is the right book for getting started in such a beautiful craft.

This is a terrific book whether beginner or experienced at iris folding.
This is a great book which teaches iris paper folding for the beginner all the way through experienced. Has many many color photos and illustrates the steps clearly. Great item.
