The Scapular of Our Lady of Mount Carmel

It has been forgotten about until recently, a way of earnestly devoting yourself to Christ through his Blessed Mother Mary. Christ gave his mother Mary to John (humanity/followers of Christ) at the foot of the cross to take care of as a Mother to them. Out of respect to Our Lady, devotions to her rosary and prayers given to various saints throughout the centuries are for all Christians to help be led to Christ, she constantly prays for all of us as a loving mother, it would only be loving as a child to return that, and as children of God it is a mark of respect to love and honour her as Christ loved her, she is our spiritual mother.
