It Works!
I was sceptical that this would work to help my toilet seal hold water, but to my surprise, IT DID! I don;t need to remove the toilet and take things apart to replace thr seal at this point.

Sounds good and easy to install
I was a little worried about installing it, but it was actually pretty easy. I found a step drill bit to make the cut easily at the end pin hole, and between the directions that come with the pickup and YouTube videos on how to, it was a piece of cake. Plus the pickup sounds pretty good too (which is the main reason you'd want it!
