This is the one I've been looking for...for 45 years....
This is a GREAT little accessory! A place for your drink, capo, spare picks and a set list! It clamps to your mic stand. The clamp's a little cheesy, but could be fixed with the addition of a nut if it strips out. It's a little "over-tapped" and the thumb screw is a little wobbly in the clamp. My only other beef is that because the drink holder hole is kinda small I can't use a standard "coozie" for my beer can. You CAN use one of the ultra-thin drink holders with it, though! Over all it's a terrific stage organizer! No drink on my amp or having to bow down like Obama in front of an Arab in order to pick it up off the floor!
