Delicious recipes that help you lose weight if you follow the plan. The great thing is there is very little portion control - if you are still hungry - eat more!! Just follow the plan of no sugar, no flour and no white potatoes. The salted caramel cupcakes are amazing! You would never know what they are made of! Even my husband loves these recipes and he doesn't even know they are healthy!
