Everyone Loves the Classic Holiday Specials
As one of the classic Easter specials that doesn't get shown as often on major networks as it used to be, it was a pleasure to pick up Here Comes Peter Cottontail. I enjoyed reminiscing as I watched the DVD, but must confess I found it less engaging than I had recalled as a youth. It's still a fun show to watch, however.

Excellent camera with more features & better images than a point-and-shoot
This is a wonderful camera packed with all of the features that I need. I am an advanced amateur photographer that likes to take quick photos at times, but I also enjoy carefully setting up more creative photos or taking photos under demanding conditions where auto settings frequently fail to accurately capture an image. I regularly enlarge my photos to 11 x 14 and 16 x 20 for framing and this camera provides sufficient resolution for prints of this size. This camera meets all of my needs except for the most demanding of situations. It takes superb pictures with standard settings that require nothing more than turning the camera on, selecting the mode, and pressing the shutter button. I can also override the auto settings easily and take photos to obtain desired effects. The flash is also pretty good for a pop-up flash. The only negatives about the camera are: 1) it is too thick to truly be a pocket point-and-shoot camera, so it is relatively bulky in your pocket, 2) it is a bit slow to start up so you need to be ready for rapidly evolving situations, and 3) like many smaller digital cameras there is a perceptible delay between the time when the shutter button is depressed and when the picture is taken. Fortunately, with a little practice this issue is minimized. Overall, I love taking pictures with this camera and highly recommend it for anyone wanting that next step above the budget point-and-shoot cameras.
