Good for the money.
good quality for the price. rim guards were flimsy and will net last long. spoons were good, and the valve stem tool and valve stems were an added bonus.

Replacement Bumper
Overall very satisfied. Take care to be gentle with the replacement plate light housings, the locking tabs are not as good as the originals (I surprised they even supplied them). Best to use the originals if they are in good shape.
Pros:
1. Packed well
2. Sturdy
3. Comes with everything including new plate light harness
4. Fit very well
5. Good pricing
Cons:
1. Chrome plate light housings look cheap (use original if you can)
2. Would have been good to have the spare tire lock cover included instead of light housings
