Careful these are latching detecters.
In the explanation it did not say these were latching, they are. Not useful in my application. After each magnetic detection they must reset with the opposite polarity or the same polarity on the opposite side or powered down.

Poor movie and be aware, region 2.
Be vary careful about buying DVD's from the U.K. or anywhere outside of the US, If a DVD is nor Region 1 you will have trouble playing it machines in the US. Apple machines will play it but you have to authorize it to play and you have a limit of 5 times you can do that. As for the movie itself this DVD is a poor representation of the book and the story sufferers greatly. Forget this, if you enjoyed the book stop there and don't try to extend that enjoyment with this movie.
