Nicely crafted item that replaces the weak original items.
It replaces the original plastic landing gear parts that are nicely detailed, but very weak. The cast metal parts are well done and require only minor touching up with a small file and fine emery cloth to produce a gear capable of holding the model's weight.

Classic Beechcraft
I've had several models of this classic Beechcraft in various different scales and would consider this version as the best one of all. The parts fit is great and the surface detail is very subtle and delicate and not overpowering but well defined inside and out. Having spent a lot of time in and around the full sized aircraft, I can tell you this kit gives you all you'll need to produce a beautiful replica. The only real problem I can see is having to put out more cash for another kit or two to do all your favorite color schemes. Large quantities of his one sell out quick so be ready. It took me three times before I got mine.

It works well, but will take some "getting used to".
It's a great iron, just a bit bigger than I'm used to. My only complaint is that it doesn't have the rear "upswept side shape that I'm used to.
