Low price, solid feel, but...
The only problem are the top & side shoes are not bent at the correct angle. So, if you don't mind that the mic or light that you place on top is tilted to one side as compared to the camera, then it it a good deal. Otherwise, get a different product.
I have two, purchased at different times and they both have the same problem, so it appears that is "normal" for this company.

ADJ Starburst
For a mirror ball substitute, with extra's, this is a good choice. As my intention is to use it strictly with DMX control, I wasn't concerned with the fact that there was no wireless controller for it. If you're not going to use DMX control, then this is not the fixture for you, unless you just want to leave it in Auto all night.
In some of the ads and literature it says 12channel and in others it says 13channel, but it works fine on my 12ch "Blizzard Lighting Kontrol 6".
If you're new to DMX, follow the manual carefully and you should be OK. it can be a little confusing at first.
On line there are video's that show how to use it in Auto and Manual modes, but nothing on DMX mode, yet.
UPDATE:
I liked it so much I purchased a second one!
Big mistake :(
The second one was not quiet in stand-by (not good during a quiet dinner at a wedding!) and sounded like someone tuning in a short-wave radio. You know, all the wind and squealing sounds.
So I returned it. The next one was even louder and the DMX didn't work! Back it went.
So I have one good one out of three!

American DJ M-1616 Mirror Ball poorly constructed
I like the fact that it is made with real glass mirrors. They are the small ones creating a great effect.
However it appears that they are using UN-trained personnel and no QC when it comes to where they put the mirrors on the ball as they are all over the place. This seems to be an on going problem as I have seen this in other on line reviews. I will use this as a back up only and would not purchase another.
