Still Works after all these years !
I did this diet in the 80"s and it worked and it is working now. It is a bit out dated but it gives me a plan to follow with strict rules, which I need. I know I won't do this diet for ever but it is a great quick start but you have to really follow it exactly.

A Real Time Saver -
Thank goodness I found this handy little machine. I was trying to transfer a full capsule to an empty one because I needed the enteric coating. This is really pretty easy to use and You Tube also has step by step instructions if needed but it does come with good instructions. I do about 50 at a time and it go's fast. I'm very happy with this purchase.

It works just like the Echo but the sound was not as good.
