  Royal Mail let both the seller and I down, with delivery problems encountered. The lamp did not arrive within anticipated time frame, on contacting the seller to investigate I could not be more delighted with their response leading to successful receipt of my order. They resolved issues, kept me fully informed of updates, they arranged for a surcharge I paid to take collection of my lamp to be reimbursed. Excellent communication and after sale service. Highly values customer satisfaction.

  When looking at a rather our of focus picture for this auction it becomes apparent that the item was already broken before postage, it was advertised as mint, not the end of the world, I will work with it, packaging very poor. Postage cost may of been reflected in this. Thank you.

  Damaged in transit would of happily accepted a return if requested massive apologies for damage in transit. Messaged buyer but no response but with a profile name containing the word sex I'm not really supposed
