Only "complaint" was rubber parts (knobs and antenna) were sticky, signs of age, fixable. Also have to clean up micphone cord too. Seller also put things in separate bags and put in a lot of packing material to protect during shipping.

Horrible Design
A horrible product. It was defective out of the box. I opened it and had to realign one of the paddles. It worked for awhile, but overnight lost contact again while not in use; while just sitting on the desk. Returned for refund.
