Great way to add fiber to your diet

small and easy to swallow

one of my favorite things about this is that it is small and easy to take. Sometimes I have difficulty swallowing pills and I really like that these are small and the taste isnt bad! I like these to help with mental clairty. I am finding it more and more difficult to follow conversations and I feel like these help me.
