The Best
I first bought this book as a young 20 something. Somewhere along the way I lost my copy. Last more then double the age of starting his program I find it is just as great as it was way back when. If you want to improve your flexibility then I highly recommend the 28 day plan.

Finally arrived.
Made it from NY to NC only to be shipped to IL before arriving at my NC address lol. I think the Charlotte facility needs a few geography lessons 😅 no harm done. Exactly what I needed. All in all, even with the detour, I made it here in less then a week.
