Works you like you were a participant on the TV show!!!
Jillian Michaels takes you through some intense work outs that will shape you up or ship you out if you give up on her methods. Well worth the investment of your money but more importantly your time for a healthier you!!! PLEASE start off slow if you are non-existant in exercise... and ALWAYS and I do mean ALWAYS CHECK WITH A PHYSICIAN BEFORE STARTING any cardiovascular program!!!!!!!!! Better safe than sorry!!!!!!!!!!

There is no better time in Kentucky for the ultimate basketball fan than March when the NCAA tourney plays. To win that tourney is a culmination of not only that years work but all the years the players have prepped for that shining moment.
