Not as shown in the inage
I bought this product because the one shown in the photo is the same as one I have previously purchased and felt worked well. The one I actually received does not look like the image. It is a square design with different fabric and seems to have less absorbent filling ‘beans’ in it. For this reason I am not to happy because I felt the shape of the one in the image was much better for my car. Not to happy to be honest. Don’t see why they couldn’t just update the image on the listing to show what people are actually going to receive.

Works but could have been cleaned and packaged better
Was worried about buying second hand, but put it in the motherboard and everything booted up ok, bit odd that there was a receipt for £20 less than a paid in the box... maybe they are drop shipping these... also packaged in cardboard stuff and had some thermal paste left on it so had to clean it off before installing it.

Great product, but case not included
I bought this specifically because the images showed a case, the product does not come with this case.
Apart from that product is as advertised
