Precursor To Geddy Lee's "Big Book of Bass"
I've looked for a hardcover copy of this for years. Fantastic color photography and compelling history of the instrument.
Highly recommend for both musicians
and lovers of the sound it produces.

A "I'll have a Dakota, Nancy, Dinah combo to go, please!"
My first purchase of this artist, but not my last. Impeccably phrasing, and fabulous vocal delivery.
Imagine a Dakota Staton/Nancy Wilson/Dinah Washington eargasm, and you have the music structure. Simply amazing!!

Montreaux Blues Festival
I have looked high and low for the cd version of this fabulous cd--for years! My vinyl lp was lost years ago and I never got around to replacing it. So glad I found this rarity in cd form!
