Bad design

Ordered 1997 Rialta caps. They would not seat properly tight against the rim. They had to be pounded on with a rubber mallot and cap was deformed leaving gaps around rim. They were not concave enough to avoid being pressed against the middle of the wheel rim. Must have sent wrong caps. Adjusting the tension ring did not help the poor design. My wheels protrude out ,furher than center portion of cap causing cap to not seat properly.
