Looks cool, IR Illuminator complete junk
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich IR Illuminator is unbelievably dim, It's worse than those gimmicky pens with the led light on the end. It's like 10% as bright as those. I tried a couple of my PVS14's and IR illuminator is almost not even functional. IR Laser and Visible laser does work.
It has a decent QD mount and the body of it is solid aluminum.
If the IR illuminator was robust, I would have ranked it 4 stars. But the whole reason I bought this one was because it was the only one I could find with a built in IR illuminator. The IR illuminator spot is about 3 times the size of the laser point. So it's more like a larger laser that only works within 6ft.
Since the IR illuminator is worthless, I could have purchased a $ 75 model with IR laser and Vis Laser
Don't buy if your looking for IR Illuminator performance.
