Great fan.
It turned out to be a direct replacement in my DVR. Worked great and the price was right.

Great replacement power supply
While this product is not as quiet as the 250W unit it replaced, it is still quiet enough to sleep in the same room without hearing it. The power supply was a direct replacement, no changes needed to be made.
