Natural prevention for urinary infections.
I have had frequent urinary tract infections since getting pyelonephritis in 1979 and get so fed up with going to G.P.s or walk in centres and going through the whole process of getting diagnosed and then being prescribed antibiotics or antibacterials which come with side effects. I researched about natural ways to treat and prevent U.T.I.s, and Dmannose was recommended, so I bought a box and found them to be very effective as long as you start taking them as soon as you get symptoms and follow the instructions on the box explicitly. It really is a case of prevention is better than cure for me though of course everyone is different and if you have any other health problems or concerns speak to a pharmacist.

Needed to replace the vacuum cleaner bag...
Needed to replace the vacuum cleaner bags that I had run out of, I have a Miele vacuum cleaner and these bags fit and work very well.
