Raiders from the rear halted
Good, well made product.
Fairly easy to install.
Assemble loosely and tighten up when it's in place. Removing the retractable boot cover will make the process easier.
Found the pictogram type instructions a bit confusing and used them as a reference only. Found that putting the assembled unit into the car from the rear (as per the instructions) not the way to go and found it easier to put it in place from the rear seats position (folded down) facing out of the car.
The guard is well made but still overpriced. I get the sense of "if they can afford a car like this then they'll have deep pockets. If it was half the price, I still feel that it was overpriced. Would I buy it again? Yes, but for no other reason than I wanted a car specific fit. The universal type are a fraction of the price and whilst I accept that the quality and fit may not be as good it still feels as though I have had my pants pulled down!
Then again you are unlikely to be able to buy a Savile row suit for the price of one in Asda.
In conclusion I would say:
- Good quality
- Good fit
- Faily easy to fit
- Overpriced
