Glad overall that I purchased the sequel.
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich Purchased Lion King 2 after reading the book for my 4 year old granddaughter. Until we found the book, we hadn't realized there was a follow-up to the Lion King story. She loved the first movie and knows some of the songs by heart. She enjoyed the 2nd movie--I think mostly due to the return of the same, lovable characters. I felt the story of the 2nd movie wasn't quite as good, as fun, or as deeply moving as the first, but it wasn't a waste of money. It made her happy and that is what I bought it for. Glad to have it in our children's collection. I wouldn't recommend it as I would the first movie or some of the Disney greats, but for anyone who really enjoyed the first Lion King movie, I think this one is worth a watch.
