Good for Chow Chows
Chow Chows have a tendency to pull getting excited about cats and aromas, this harness works very well keeping my Teddy in check, I will probably buy one for his sister Tina. Ha ha you can only just about see the front panel, Teddy is the black boy.

it works
It did the job and cleaned my whiteboard, mainly, some old stains weren't removed. maybe needs another go.
Not sure about the value as I didn't do a big search for any others.
