Ices: the definitive guide by Caroline Liddell Robin Weir (Paperback)

Great variety of recipes.

I like this book. It has a variety of recipes some use eggs, some are vegan, some use cream, some use only milk, some use condensed milk. I have found it easy to adapt recipes and the weights are given in multiple ways. It's not a pretty book as it is black and white inside and the recipes are in alphabetical order which is odd. At the back are useful conversion tables and percentage of sugar, fat info. This is an older edition by the same authors making it excellent value. I've made some great ice cream.

works great

Just to confirm this cable worked well. It connects a soundbar to a smart TV. There are little safety caps on the connector ends to protect them during transport which was nice. Best happy with this cable which was just what I needed. Although 1m length is fine it only just reached so my advice is to get a bit longer than you think you'll need.

decent value item with large capacity

I wanted a value set for home and that's what these are, but I was slightly disappointed. The metal around one rim was sticking up and caught my finger but I was able to snip it with scissors. The cap of one fits easier than the other. However they have a good / large capacity. They are adjustable for coarse or fine grinding and are working well so far. Plus they do look attractive on the side. Overall as a budget buy for yourself I recommend but if you're looking for a nice gift, these are a bit roughly made.
