True to Life
How many of us went through a stage of idolizing our fathers while trivializing our mothers?
And then we vow to never, ever end up like our mothers, not even a little bit.
And then we grow up.
The acting in this movie is, of course superb (look at the cast!!). The plot has some surprises built in to a story that, at times, will feel familiar, maybe even personal,to all of us.

This coat is perfect! Warm even in the coldest (northeast) weather, and fit is roomy enough for a sweater underneath without looking polar bear bulky.
Would buy again in a minute.
