  The laptop is as described and works fine. I haven't had any issues with it. The packaging inside the box was pretty bad. Paper towels and a grocery bag were used as packing material. Parts of the original box were cut out for some reason. The pen had been taped but got lose and was moving around. The laptop box itself was packed just fine inside the box it was shipped in but inside the laptop box was terrible.
