GSP smashed Koscheck
One of the best seasons yet. Koscheck is supper arrogant, GSP is super cool. And the animosity is high in both camps, which makes for an entertaining season.

Great for the intermediate and advanced
This is my second copy, lost the 1st one. This is not really for a beginner, it won't make much sense. But for someone more advanced and a natural bodybuilder, then this is a great book. Nothing fancy, it's not the authors style. But a good read to put one back on the right track. Possibly read a copy of McRoberts book Brawn before, and that'll lead into this books writings. I recommend this book for anyone that's been in the game a while.

This season is no different than the rest, it's great. Not the usual animosity between the coaches, an upbeat rivalry between Rampage and Forrest.
