Thorough and informative

Aging Backwards Review
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich This beginners DVD contains 2 workouts 30 min each. Seems like a lot of the time is consumed on instruction rather than actual workout time however this is a 'must' for beginners. I am using this DVD as a supplement to physical therapy prescribed by my doctor for some arthritis in the spine. It does take time as the author prescribes, like 6 months of daily use. After about 2 weeks of daily use I am feeling much better and think it delivers on its promises. I am looking forward to working my way up to more difficult routines and making this a part of my daily exercise. This has been a real life saver for someone like me who wants to stay fit enough to be active in my garden and work an 8 hour day away from home.
