I received the dvd / blu ray combo and the DVD will play but the bluray goes in my blu ray player but it tries to read it but it the player stops and
I received the dvd / blu ray combo and the DVD will play but the bluray goes in my blu ray player but it tries to read it but it the player stops and the door opens. I tried my other new Sony blu ray player and it does the same thing . I'm not sure why but the blu ray play side looks good but it just isn't able to read the blu ray movie. Must be a factory defect. The dvd doss fine but I want the blu ray to work. I tried cleaning it with my dvd cleaner spray but doesn't work. I don't understand
