Strongly recommend
I mostly use it transdermally, although this particular brand is food grade and sometimes I take a few drops with water as well.
The effect on the skin, the way it is absorbed, and the scent too, compared to other brands I've tried along the years, made me come back to use this brand and stick to it_ happily :)
