Helped my knees.
Does the job and the upper band helps keep it in place.

Great Piece of Equipment
Really like this thing, it sounds great and has plenty of volume when I want it. It also has all the connections so no need for anything else. It is also on wheels so I don't have to carry it around.
Its beautiful in a chunky kind of way because I like that I can see where my music is coming from and it has its own light show if I want.
What more could anyone need.

Good but small.
They are ok to use but should be the same size as a real golf ball. They are a bit small and get lost in my garage!
