Great? Hey, it's Jackman as Wolverine - what were you expecting?
The X-men franchise has always been a banker right from the comic stage. The decision to develop Wolverine beyond the group was always going to be lucrative and engaging.
This segue is no exception. In a cinematic treat made possible by Jackman's seamless merging with the character we see Wolverine confused by his loss of invincibility and begin the battle of not only his life, but his identity.
It's a little reminiscent of Hellboy, The Golden Horde, but the acting, backdrop, martial art acrobatics and special effects combine to make it a great adventure nonetheless.
