Beautiful voice. Beautiful soul. Beautiful Cherokee.
You don't have to be part Cherokee to love Rita Coolidge. You just have to listen to her beautiful singing voice; it was truly gifted to her by Creator. This collection has her best and then some. If you like Rita, you'll love this collection of songs. I do ... always will.

Great for deadlifts!
This resistance band cover is great for deadlifts. I use two of them; one near each end so you can step on the cover and not the bands when you pull them up. You can pack six bands inside the wraps to yank up to 600 pounds of pressure, which is great for the lower back. When used in the middle of the bands, the wraps are more than long enough to use just one. So use as many as you need, just use them. Don't hang them over the handlebars of your exercise cycle.
