  Contacted seller twice as funko was sold as New but box condition shows otherwise! Asked for small compensation for damage but he called it extortion! What kind of seller wont work with buyer to remedy situation! A Bad Seller! Sent him multiple photos proving damage he says happened while item was bubble wrapped in the box! Are you serious? I'm a senior who buys funkos alot for my family and anytime there was an issue sellers try to work with me instead of me returning item or filing a claim!!

  Immediately offered to fully return item to customer after customer initially contacted me. Full stop. Customer replied stating they would keep the item if I compensated them. I advised the customer I did not feel comfortable & we would need to conclude our business. Buyer states they use this tactic multiple times in the feedback so I feel my concern was justified. This item was purchased brand new at a store that I personally managed & then never opened. It is from my personal collection.
