How much is your time worth?

Purchased from Tronxy direct so it was not a knbcok off or return etc. Lots of potential but most of it needs to be dumped and upgraded. NOT useable as is from factory. Quality control is very poor from this company and they following items are partial list of what will need to be replaced before using: Belts are super cheap looking plasticy - not the quality Gates rubber belt with steel core like better manufacturers use. Pulleys, pulley mounts, XY carriage, all crap. I tried to assemble using their parts and directions and belt alignment and ridiculous pulley wheels with fender washers they use is ridiculous. Look on Thingiverse.com, there are all kinds of replacement parts you will likely need before using this printer and getting any quality from it. Z axis 8mm guide rods linear bearing cheap, plastic housing = garbage. Also, Z axis smooth 8mm guide rods can be easily set to different heights which will throw off machine and part accuracy. The rods can either just sort of set just barely into hole, which is how it's supposed to be, to being pulled down into hole when tightening screw that goes into bottom of 8mm smooth rod = bad design, I had to make stop block for underneath to fix height and then make spacer block and shims for upper Z carriage pieces. Stepper motor mounts for X and Y axis are plastic and break easily, flex too much for good accuracy.

Almost perfect

Only dropped one star because one of the wires was sheared off so I had to go purchase the correct female spade connector and attach to wire.
